Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Hearkly is operated by Denis Shumilov, Kyiv, Ukraine.

Request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject Hearkly data deletion.
  2. Identify your connected Threads username. If your public post was collected, include the post link instead. You do not need to be a Hearkly user to request deletion of a collected post.
  3. The operator will verify which records belong to the request, remove the applicable local data and reply with the outcome. Never send your password or access token.

Deletion is currently handled manually. There is no automated deletion bot command, callback or online status tracker in this prototype.

What can be removed

Applicable stored post text and links, assessments, drafts and reply records can be removed from the local database. The operator can remove a connected account's locally stored token and configuration and stop access for that account.

Revoke Threads access

In Threads, open Settings and Website permissions, find Hearkly among active apps and remove it. Revocation prevents further authorized access, but does not itself erase stored local records. Also email the operator if you want those records removed.

Copies outside the prototype

Replies already published on Threads and messages already delivered to Telegram are held by those services. Delete published replies in Threads and clear bot messages in Telegram as appropriate. AI-provider copies are subject to the provider's terms and account settings. The operator cannot guarantee removal of data outside their control.
